We had an amazing time at Villa Lupis. The beautiful garden, delicious food, and excellent service exceeded our expectations. We hope to return on our next visit to Italy.

Felt extremely safe, and the staff were always willing to help.

This beautiful converted monastery has a long history with many interesting things in the hotel and on the massive grounds to explore. Breakfast was excellent in a very gracious dining room.

Beautiful grounds in a quiet serene area away from big town or city noise. It's an old villa converted to hotel rooms. Very formal restrauant.

Elevator only goes to floor 1. You have to walk up to floor 2. They do carry your bags for you!

We loved the spacious pool and tennis court, perfect for families with children. The owner was friendly and the breakfast was perfect. The centuries-old complex offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

I was amazed by the charm and elegance of this countryside hotel. The property is centuries old and has a unique romantic atmosphere. The huge pool was a real treat in the summer, and the beautiful park area added to the overall luxury experience. The food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations with its high quality and excellent taste. Every dish, from starters to desserts, was a delight. The service was impeccable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better last-minute find for our vacation. I will definitely recommend this countryside luxury to all my friends. I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve at this hotel! The beautiful gardens and pool area were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the hot & cold selection for breakfast on the terrace, and the meals at the hotel's restaurant were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing we didn't like was the soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear noises from outside, which was a bit disruptive.

I recently stayed at an incredible country hotel, located in the heart of the beautiful Italian countryside. The hotel was full of history and charm, with a luxurious and comfortable room that made me feel right at home. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start my day off right. The hotel also had a stunning pool and lovely gardens, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. it was a truly memorable experience.

One small downside was the soundproofing in the room, as I could occasionally hear people walking in the corridor outside.

The impeccable service provided by the well-trained staff added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the beautiful and spacious garden provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic stroll.

Although our stay was wonderful, it was difficult to leave such a paradise. We were so immersed in the tranquil and relaxing environment that it was hard to say goodbye.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, requiring the use of a car to explore the surrounding area. However, this also means that guests can enjoy a peaceful and secluded atmosphere away from the crowds of tourists.

Some guests may find the lack of public transportation options inconvenient when wanting to venture out without a car.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the beautiful gardens and well-maintained grounds. It was a lovely setting to take a stroll and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore the nearby villages and experience the charm of the Pordenone area.

One downside of the hotel was the need for a car to access other amenities such as restaurants and shopping. There were no walking distance options available, which limited our choices for dining and entertainment.

The hotel's beautiful park area and fountains create a peaceful and serene environment. The antique furniture and clocks in the rooms add a touch of elegance and charm. Additionally, the attentive staff and innovative cuisine at the restaurant were standout features.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient for city trips. Additionally, the lack of nearby amenities and attractions made it difficult to fully explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

Our stay at Villa Luppis was everything we hoped for during our Italy trip. Stepping into this historic property felt like immersing ourselves in another world. The gracious receptionist, possibly a Luppis family member, upgraded us to a junior suite and took excellent care of us. The beautiful garden provided a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and relax in the afternoon. We indulged in a delicious dinner at the exquisitely decorated restaurant, where the attentive wait staff made us feel like royalty. We can't wait to visit again and see the new spa being built. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

We had a truly remarkable stay at a charming Italian villa nestled in a tranquil setting. The historic building exuded romance and the beautiful gardens, complete with a fantastic pool, provided the perfect oasis. The outstanding service from the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, was truly commendable. Despite a few minor quirks, such as the shortage of plug sockets and one side of the bed being uncomfortable, the overall experience was delightful. The breakfast served on the outside terrace was exceptional and the meals included in the wedding arrangements were superb. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of Italian charm, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
